Welcome to My Joyful Paws. By using My Joyful Paws website (known as My Joyful Paws, The Joy Box, our or we) you indicate your unconditional acceptance of the following Terms of Service on your own behalf or any organization you represent. Throughout these Terms of Service, you or your refers to you and the organization. Please read through as it may have changed since your last visit. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service from time to time without any reason. We will not provide any advance notice for replacing, substitute or terminating of our website.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY, AS THEY CREATE A BINDING CONTACT BETWEEN YOU AND My Joyful Paws. My Joyful Paws maintains the platform & provides services
1. NOTIFICATION OF DELIVERY & LOSS DAMAGE PRODUCT We will notify you of your anticipated date of delivery of order along with cost of shipping (if any) If for any reason a shipment is lost or damaged you need to notify us within 7 days of purchased.
If a product is defective you may return it within 7 days of your receipt of product and we will refund or replaced such item based on our evaluation. No returns of defective will be accepted after 7 days of receipt. When returning the product it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the products are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address enclosed to you.
All refunds are at the sole discretion of My Joyful Paws and subject to any applicable return, shipping exchange policy.
2. PRODUCT ORDERING We provide various ways in which clients may submit their orders to us. One of the ways is via our ordering form. Please filled in all required information with items you wish to order and we will send an acknowledgement email with the total amount and bank in details to your account within 24 hours. We also accept orders via email : firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Facebook private messaging system. You may contact us in any such ways to make order. We are also partners with several other online marketplaces in which you can conveniently place your order. All payment should be made within 3 days of the confirmation emails. If payment is not received within the stipulated time order is consider cancel.
3. DELIVERY SERVICE Free standard delivery is valid for all orders MYR60 or more after promotions and discounts are applied to all states within Malaysia. Gift cards, packaging and prior purchases do not qualify towards the minimum purchase requirement. We offer free delivery service to all our special boxes and The Joy Box. Wet Food & Kibbles are always subject to delivery charge that will be informed upon confirmation of order.
4. DELIVERY LEAD TIME Please note that majority of the items are send out within 3 days of payment. Somehow there are some accessories product that is not in our holding but with our third party warehouse, we will ensure that all items be send out within 5 days of payment received. For item delivery timeframe we always indicate on our product information page. And as we are using third party courier services, it is also subject to peak periods and also circumstances that will result in delay of delivery of goods. For The Joy Box subscription, all boxes will be send out on the 15th of the month, therefore please give 3 days grace period for the items to get to you. For areas within East Malaysia duration may be longer.
5. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY We do not offer delivery out of Malaysia as off yet but our Singapore customers can choose to pick up the boxes from various locations pre-arranged with My Joyful Paws. Please contact us to make such arrangement. A fee of MYR10 shall be charged for such arrangement.
6. PAYMENT My Joyful Paws currently accepts following forms of payment. Direct Bank into our Maybank Account. Or credit card (Visa, Master Card) via PayPal Services. Please indicate your form of payment for us to send you the correct invoice. Prices for the products and services offered via the site may change at any time and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
7. INSTALLMENT FOR THE JOY BOX My Joyful Paws do offer instalment plans for The Joy Box subscription. This instalment plan is offer to our 3 and 6 months plans. It is a scheme you can choose to take up or otherwise make full payment to it. This is how the scheme works.
In the event of three months subscription our boxes are priced at MYR66 per box giving a total of MYR198 and enjoying a discount of 18%. For first month you are required to put a deposit of MYR50 + MYR66 (first month box price) and then bank in subsequently MYR66 for the next two months. The MYR50 will hence be refunded once the third month payment is received. You can also choose to put it into the last month box price and hence you only pay MYR66- 50 = MYR16.
In the case of cancellation in between, we will therefore deduct from your MYR50 whichever amount differences that may apply and in the case of 3 months subscription a price of MYR13.90 and the rest will be refunded. Same scenario applies for 6 months subscription but at a different pricing.
8. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT Unless otherwise noted, all information, text, images, audio, video, data, link or other material which is not posted, uploaded by you is the property of My Joyful Paws. You shall not remove, alter or conceal any copyright logo or trademark in the accompanying of My Joyful Paws services. You will not reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute or sell anything belonging to the My Joyful Paws and The Joy Box. You may not copy any of the marks, logos or trade names without express prior written consent to the owner.
9. PRODUCT ADVERTISING & PRODUCT DESCRIPTION We will provide certain information and description about third party products and services in our Pawduct Information column. We do not warrant that product description or any prices that are referenced are accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. Your rights with respect to third party products and services are solely as provided by such third party in the documentation accompanying such products and services except set forth by My Joyful Paws. You agree that My Joyful Paws is not liable in any way for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and correct sequencing of Product Description and for any decision made or action taken by you relying upon the Product Description.
10. DISPUTES My Joyful Paws are not responsible for the conduct whether online or offline of any user of our platform or services. My Joyful Paws disclaims any liability or claims should arise between users of platform with another user and third party vendor. You are solely responsible for your interactions with all other users and your interactions with third party vendors and any disputes from those interactions. My Joyful Paws are not obliged to monitor, mediate or resolve such disputes.
11. INDEMNIFICATION By using our platform or services or purchasing products from our platform or services, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend My Joyful Paws from any claims, damages, liabilities and all costs and expenses of defence but not limited to attorneys’ fees, resulting in third party claim of using our platform or services.
In using our platform, services and website you agree to the terms of service on this page and additional terms & conditions may apply to specific products, orders or your use of certain portions of the Site. These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between, or, as appropriate among, the parties relating to subject matter herein My Joyful Paws sole discretion to revise these terms of service at any time by updating this posting.
