For the humans, The Joy Box is a monthly subscription box filled with home baked cookies, toys, treats & hygiene products. For the dogs it is equivalent to hours of belly rubs. We promise to source for the best quality products and to include healthy baked cookies each months. Just like what we believe "From our joyful paws to yours" we will NEVER pack anything we won't give to our joyful paws into the box. That is a promise.

Each month Joy Box comes with 6 + 1 quality products. 6 items consists of toys, treats & hygiene product/accessories + 1 healthy home baked cookies straight from our kitchen. Each month we put great thoughts into choosing the best items for you and to be on the "safe" side our consumables are NEVER made in China.
How do I subscribe The Joy Box for my pup(s)?
Click "Order Now" and filled in the information about your pup. From his/her name, breed, size. That is for us to properly choose the right item according to it's size and breed. Also we will need your name, address, email & contact information for billing and delivery purposes.
What is the plan for The Joy Box?
The Joy Box offers subscription of 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Each specifically customized according to the size & breed of your dog.
How much does The Joy Box cost?

1 month box : MYR 80.00 per box
3 months box : MYR 66.00 per box (18% off) = Total box : 3
6 months box : MYR 62.00 per box (22% off) = Total box : 6
How do I made payment?
We received bank in from all major banks into our Maybank or Standard Chartered account or we received all major credit cards via PayPal.
I have subscribed when will I get my Joy Box?
The Joy Box begins delivery every 15th of the month via our trusted courier partner. You will receive your boxes within 5 days.
If you placed order within the 15th to 21st of the month. You will received your Joy Box within the next 5 days.
If order is placed after 21st, you Joy Box will be send the next month.
We will update you with the tracking number once package is send out. If you did not received your package within the stipulated time do contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I give The Joy Box as a gift to my friend's pup?
Yes! That is the best idea.
All you need to do is choose the "Send as a gift" option in the details column and fill in the details of your friend's pup and their delivery address instead.
How much is delivery for The Joy Box? Do you shipped internationally?
Delivery fee is FREE.
We only deliver to Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia, but we do offer Joy Delivery to Singapore customers to specific locations for pickups around Johor Bahru. Do email us at email@example.com to find out more about pickups from these locations.
Why didn't I received my Joy Box? or My Joy Box came damaged! How now?
Firstly do checked the delivery status of the Joy Box via tracking website we provided. If the item is delivered it is best you check with your neighbors, building managers or person you around you. If you still couldn't find it maybe the local post office will have it. Do contact us if you got any problem locating your box. We will do our very best to help you.
As for damaged Joy Box, we are sorry to hear that your Box has been through as rough journey. Do contact us within 3 days of receiving and let us know with picture to which item is damaged and we are sure to send you a new one.

How do I order Pet Supplies from The Joy Shop?
There are many ways to order. You can order via our website by clicking "BUY NOW" (for bank ins via our local banks) or "ADD TO CART" for payment via PayPal or all major credit cards.
We will reply you within 24 hours with the total amount plus delivery charges (if any) and bank in details.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery Charges is MYR10.00 for purchase below MYR60.00
For purchase above MYR60.00 delivery is FREE
For Dog Food - Wet & Dry a delivery fee will be applied based on weight.
We shipped both to Peninsular & East Malaysia.
When will I received my items?
For majority items, we will send them out within 3 days once payment is confirmed received.
For accessories & certain food and treats, items will leave our warehouse area and we will send out within 5 days once payment is received.
We will always send out the tracking number to you once your items hit the road. If you have not received the item within 7 days do get in touch with us.
My Items are damaged can I return them?
Sure. Do send us a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com and we will replace or refund you. No questions asked.
How do I get the sold out items?
We always restock on the 15th of the month. Therefore leave us your name, email and the item with the correct size you need and we will get back to you once our stock arrives. There is no pre-order, no upfront payment and you can always change your mind after that.
